I suggest 1-2 new spells for every vocation in high levels, around level 150-200. I think it would be funny that players of high level had some new spells of quality and originality.

I used my imagination and those are the spells i find interesting, (the idea is that they have really high cooldowns and can be made as runes to let the hotkeys free for other existing spells):
-Paladin: Creates a rune. The rune allows to put a circular row of magic field (holy energy field) around himself, its width allows aditional players inside. This spell can be useful when the paladin and other teammates are atacking from distance and can protect them from agro. It can also be used when the paladin is tanking. Another posibility for the skill could be a shape of open curved line, a row of field in front of the paladin.
-Druid: His rune summons a grup of creatures for 15 seconds that saturates the space and also deals damage. For example summons a grup of 5 water elementals. This spell have 2 utilities. It can be helpfull to avoid agro or to scape. It also makes damage to a target with large health, for example a boss.
-Sorcerer: His rune shoots a lightning into any position and it spreads to all the targets and stun them for 1 second. Can be used during a fight denying the monsters damages for 1 second. Can be used as a scape mechanism. And can also be used as a way to clean low hp grups of monsters. (its objective isnt to deal high damage)
-Knight: The knight jump quickly into a (distant) target, deals high damage and pushes it 4 squares away. Can be used as initiate method or can be used as a way to rescue one teammate from a dangerous creature.

These are just my opinions based on my playing experience.
Druid: Doesn't need tuning.
Paladin: Very high dps already when using the right combinations. Doesn't need tuning.
Knight: Doesn't need tuning.
Sorcerer: <----- The vocation that needs something added to its arsenal, but I don't know what. (Yes, I know this is very helpful)

Utito flam and utito vis need to be changed, since there is no real use of these spells at this moment.
Solution? Delete these spells. Too much risk for really low cost (i would call it waste). They're only good for manaburn tho, lol.
Utana vita - didn't find a real use of this spell either. It wasn't useful at low lvl, it isn't useful at high lvl.
exori hur flam, exori hur vis - i really enjoyed these spells at low-mid lvl. But since they've got really weak progression with lvl, i stopped using them, because i can do higher dmg with any other spell/rune.
What to do: Remove utito vis/flam, rework exori hur flam/vis, and maybe add some sorcerer form, like druid have? Very high dmg, at very high cost.
Maybe something like undead-mage form, that increases your attacks by 50-60%, and deal dmg to you over time? Like for the first 10 sec u will receive 100 dmg sec, after 200 dmg sec, 300, 400 etc
//edit2 lol, or maybe smth like xerath form in league of legends - stunned in one place, shooting like badass

(Yes, I know this is very helpful) Thanks for commenting I feel in need to clarify the objective of this post: the intention of this post isnt to tune the characters or give something they "need". The objective is to put new spells ingame which can bring new strategies, new fun and new things afterall.

The thing i really wish to see is stances for knights. Berserker and tank. Berserker use 2 ONE handed weapons (or one two handed, then dmg is "doubled") that makes him attack twice faster, in cost of incoming dmg. Sorcerers are fine, the only thing that really can be added - silver/golden runes for daily quests for all lvls, as long as i tested (not much, only 3 hits) silver icicle vs usual icicle - usual makes ~300 dmg silver does ~500. Its good alternative to SD's, but the only problem - so far i found only one daily quest for only silver icicle runes. Would be really good for low lvls to get them as a reward for their low lvl quests, so they can use market and make some additional cash on it. (im talking about all kind of golden/silver runes, not only icicle)

We'll work on that!

I really like those ideas as well, being an EK I feel like I picked a bad class as in team hunts they're really only useful for tanking.... Not a bad thing, but how many tanks does a group really need? Hopefully some type of berserker stance would bring more to the class and offer them an alternative play-style.

I really like the idea of classes in WoW. As a warrior you can be two handed melee dd (high dmg, low attack speed), you can be dd with 2 two handed weapons (stable average dps), or be a tank. Same with any other class in a game. Knight is the class that sux at solo hunting or dps. Yes, atm we have problems with tanks (only 2 high lvl tank atm, and both are busy irl), but i look forward, what will we do if we will have 150+ players online? We will have 10-20 lvl 300 knights, and only 3-5 teams to fight bosses. What rest of the knight's should do? Just sit and watch how pally/mages doing dps? Not fun. They need a way to be useful as dd, they can be fragile, slow, w/e, BUT there SHOULD be a alternative way for knight as damage dealer.

Talking about sub-classes, i would really enjoy playing a melee paladin but i cant coz all the strong weapons are for knight only :s
