Since every paladin on the server has been crying about their vocation, I guess its my turn to express my feelings about mages in general. The latest patch reduced the enchantress staff spell damage % down to 15, while another paladin weapon that was "uncomfy" to use got buffed. First of all, when we first received the staff we found some hope to actually be able to get some decent solo-hunting exp as mages (at level 200, lol). Yeah I know everyone non-mage was crying about the staff being "OP", but its actually the only thing that made mages decent damage-dealers at bosses.
So since everyone seems to actively be working to make mages even worse, I suggest you guys to add a HP-set for mages, so solo hunting actually becomes possible. At the moment, mages get nowhere close the exp/h that EKs and paladins do, with me reaching my limit up to 4.8kk/h with 20% guild exp. Compare that to an RP/EK that can easily get 7-8kk/h, with lower risk of dying.
So please, put some thoughts on mages on the next patch. With kind regards, Vitalie

I like how you say "every paladins cried" when most of them were fine with them as they were, myself included. I also want to point out that this "uncomfy weapon" was never used, and won't be used ever because it loses its target every 8~ hits. I'm not the best player, but in my humble opinion there's already too much stuff going on to keep track off during certain fights as is.
On topic: I think the staff was OP. Not OP enough to ask for a nerf, but OP nonetheless. 40% increased damage AND healing on a single item is insane. Heck even 20% is a lot. And then we're not even talking about the +mlvls. A HP-set for mages would be interesting though. Right now hunting solo in hell as a mage is almost impossible and I can imagine dragon lords are getting old.

kinda agree with you guys Iv played both classes and I know its impossible to compare the gameplay of the physical classes with the mages one... I dont think the solution is to undone and bring the op staff back, but as you said give the mages more HP like the knights item does giving us more life drain or mana mages could have more life drain and health, maybe a spell to increase its defence in the costs of mana (like a utamo vita + utamo res), thats complicated thing to think but the survival of the mages are not balanced enough and knights needs to press F"something" in the Keyboard all the time, so you need 1 hand to fill the mana 100 by 100 and another hand to play, thats kinda sucks what ppl dont like in tibia is that the knight still needs to use that shit mana potion, even if is lv 200+ why dont you create special mana or item that can refil our mana with longer cooldown, so if we need to use 10 manas in 10 seconds, would be good to use 1 diferent mana (for high levels only) every 10 seconds to refil the same amount we needed, but without pressing the buttom so many times!!! hahah just a tough

I can get around 6kk~ exp/hr solo at hellborns, and paladins can get around 6kk~ at revanants. The highest I've heard of a mage getting solo was 4kk~ at icy ogres, with a high chance of death. You could say pryomancers are where 200+ mages should hunt, but the truth is if a mage gets hit by a hellfire's wave at pyros, that mage is pretty much dead. Two pyros? Insta death. I've been brainstorming of a new hunting spawn. Think Lizard city from real tibia, or even the cormaya area (The Spike). I got 1-50 in 2 days at the spike on real tibia due to the density of the monsters. My suggestion would be introduce a mix of melee and ranged monsters in the same spawn, maybe even having some resistance to physical. Maybe having the new sprites such as Breach Brood and Dread Intruders. Having an area large enough to run around, yet the melee monsters still hit around 450 max (but consistent). The damage could be easy enough for a mage to hard heal through (aka consitent damage like general murius), but hard enough that a knight or paladin would waste/have a hard time fighting there solo. I like the idea... the only problem is the client/emulator limitations
