I feel like the server is on a good way, but its still missing some thing (New content, badly needed, but u guys are working on that) but there are other problems, these are a few i noticed.
My favorite suggestion and something i hope that will be implemented someday... pets!
1) Team Quests
Can you make is possible please that u can enter quests like the evil with any number of people and that u could even go in alone if u wanted to? Cause its frustrating if you have to kill the evil 75 times just so that all of the people can get the addon...
2) Elemental Weapons
What do you think about editing the weapons so they do purely the enchanted damage? Because right now weapons never get enchanted cause the enchant bonus is just way too weak. If i have a heroic axe id enchant it with fire and it would deal purely fire damage, thats something that id use against bosses and against creatures with strong physical defense, but the weapon enchantments right now are simply not worth it.
3) Bigger Map, get a mapper with some time on his hands
Here Comes the main problem of this server. The world is just too small. For a server thats been worked on so long (Yes i know, you guys got a real life too, college, work, social life and so on) this map is just way too small.
Theres always just a single spawn with a monster type, and the spawn is tiny most of the times or insuffiecient (Like the turtle spawn with only a few turtles) so you cant use your full potential when hunting there.
There should just be way more spawns and hunting Areas, since everyone above level 150 got bored so far cause they need to grind on the same spawn and its not even fun to hunt there. (Warlocks, Serpent spawns, hint hint)
It would be nice to have hunting areas like on real tibia, i mean areas like the draken walls where there just rush 7-8 drakens at you all the time. That makes for a nice and fun hunt and thats the way to PG, not just grind and grind solo on the same tiny spawn for ages.
And i know getting a new mapper for this is kind of risky but you could really make this server even more extraordinary if you get a dedicated team for it.
4) Creature Products
Creature Productproducts are really hard to come by (Good thing) but some are simply too extreme, lets take for example turtle shells. The lootrate on them is so extremely low that i cleared the whole cave + the turtle island 2 times, and only got a single turtle shell out of it.
My suggestion would be, add a bigger island of turtles (Or make the spawn bigger and add way more turtles) + make the lootrate abit higher cause right now its so horrible that it would take several weeks of pure turtle farming just to get 100 of them for an addon since there are so few turtles in the cave.
Even the Elf Arcanists spawn has more arcanists than there are turtles in the spawn.
Bigger sspawns needed for other creatures like Dwarf Guards (The lootrate on them is horrible imo, i never found a single ore in them), Apes (Dear god its about a 1% chance per ape to get a fur), Damaged worker golems, Ghosts, Mummys since the creature products are too hard to come by else.

5) Pet System
Id love to be able to get pets via quests, or getting them from doing tasks or just by trading creature products for them.
Pets should range from attack types, over support types up to healing types.
And the pets should be able to be leveled up while you use them (For example stick to a weak pet when you start and see it get extremely strong as time passes)
As a knight id love to have a pet next to me just running around and going to town on Enemys, or healing me from the back or just buffing/debuffing my enemys.
Pets in this system should not be immortal, they should be able to die, but if you heal your character your pet gets healed for the same amount. If a pet dies u gotta wait like 10 mins until its revived and usable again.
Also pets should move at the same speed as players to prevent the same thing that happens to sorcerers when they summon creatures (For example mage runs along and the summon just disappears cause its too far away)
Yes i know, extremely complex system and not neccesary, but maybe well have it implemented by season 5?
